Clinical and Brazilian lymphatic drainage, breast massage, and whole-body wellness — from a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Therapist with nearly 25 years of experience.
Rochelle Clark
Welcome. I’m Rochelle Clark…
Creating balance, harmony, and health in the body is my obsession. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with over 1,000 hours of training and continuing education, I bring you decades of clinical experience through the power of healing touch.
I’m a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT) with two certifications and over 300 hours of specialty training, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), and a Nutrition Response Testing® provider. My work sits at the intersection of clinical precision and quiet, intentional care — because your body heals best when it feels safe.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic swelling, navigating lymphedema, or simply wanting to feel lighter and more like yourself, I’m here to help your body do what it already knows how to do — heal.
Which Lymphatic Service Should I Book?
Choosing the right session depends on your goals, your symptoms, and where your body needs support most. Here’s a simple guide to help:
Choose Clinical Lymphatic Drainage if you are:
- Recovering from surgery (cosmetic or medical)
- Experiencing swelling, fluid retention, or inflammation
- Managing lymphedema or chronic lymphatic congestion
- Dealing with scar tissue or fibrosis
- Feeling sluggish, puffy, or working through chronic health concerns
- Looking for a more therapeutic, customized approach
This is a slower, highly specialized session focused on healing, precision, and long-term results.
Choose Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage if you are:
- Looking for visible contouring and sculpting
- Wanting to reduce bloating or water retention quickly
- Preparing for an event or wanting to feel lighter and more defined
- Interested in a more invigorating, rhythmic session
- Focused on aesthetic results with added lymphatic support
This technique is designed to enhance shape, boost circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and sculpted.
Still not sure?
You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Every body is different, and I’m here to guide you. If you’re unsure which to choose, book either service — I’ll customize your session based on what your body needs most that day.
