Lymphatic Drainage Massage Serving Spokane, Washington

Spokane clients — my studio is a 35 to 40-minute drive east on I-90 in downtown Coeur d’Alene at 208 W Emma Avenue. I know that’s further than rolling out to a downtown spa, but I also know that Spokane clients keep coming back — because the work is different, and the results show it. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Lymphatic Therapist with two certifications and 300+ hours of specialty training, and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

Helping Spokane Bodies Recover, Reset & Restore

Spokane is a city of strong, busy people — medical professionals, university faculty, founders, parents, athletes, and retirees who refuse to slow down. You all share one thing in common: your body is the one that has to carry the load. Lymphatic drainage gives it the kind of structured rest it can’t give itself.

Many of my Spokane clients come to me after a procedure at Providence Sacred Heart, MultiCare Deaconess, or one of the cosmetic surgery centers in town. Others come for lymphedema management, dense breast tissue care, or simply because they’re tired of feeling puffy, foggy, and inflamed and want to feel like themselves again.

Why Spokane residents choose me

Why Spokane Clients Come to The Art of Healing Touch

  • A straight I-90 drive — 35 to 40 minutes, often the same as cross-town Spokane traffic in rush hour
  • Deep specialization in post-surgical recovery, lymphedema, and breast health
  • Two CLT certifications, 300+ hours of lymphatic-specific training, and nearly 25 years of clinical practice
  • Licensed in Washington and Idaho — the same therapist for all of your sessions
  • Quiet, private studio (not a busy day spa) so your nervous system can actually settle
  • Online booking through Jane — find something that works with your schedule

Clinical vs. Brazilian — quick guide

Not Sure Which Lymphatic Service is Right for You?

If you’re recovering from surgery, managing lymphedema, dealing with scar tissue, or working through a chronic health issue, Clinical Lymphatic Drainage is usually the right starting point. It’s slow, precise, and built around your specific healing goals.

If you’re looking for sculpting, debloating, a pre-event refresh, or a more rhythmic, energizing session, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is likely the better fit.

Still not sure? Book either one — I’ll customize your session based on what your body needs most that day.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first session begins with a thorough conversation about your health history, current symptoms, and goals. We’ll go at your pace. The studio is quiet, private, and designed to feel like an exhale — because your nervous system has to settle before your lymphatic system can move.

Most clients leave their first session feeling lighter and noticeably calmer. Many sleep better that night. Healing isn’t a single event — it’s a series of gentle, accurate inputs over time, and I’ll help you build a rhythm that fits your life.
